It's time to Step up for 30 this April. Its really simple, just get active each day throughout the month and ask your friends, family and colleagues to sponsor you.

Story

We’re the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity. We fund targeted research, provide expert information and support to patients and their families, educate the public and professionals about the disease and campaign for early diagnosis and access to best treatment and care. We’re here to stop people dying of bowel cancer.

I have been personally affected by bowel cancer and would love to raise some much needed funds to help them continue their work and support for people affected by bowel cancer and those who care for those going through it, or those who have lost family members through this terrible disease.

Nina's dad was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer and found the support and wealth of information available through Bowel Cancer UK invaluable and informative.  Fortunately the cancer was detected in time and he is still alive and fighting fit!

Together, we have known each other for 27 years and hope to make it another 27 and more!
