David was the best brother and would have been an awesome Uncle to Charlotte. As you know, he loved a physical challenge, so I thought that on his ten year anniversary, I would honour that tradition. I want it to be mentally challenging as well, so I have decided to run 500km over the next 12 months. I’m going to have to stay dedicated for a long time and try and get into some form of routine. 

The Royal Marines Charity provide support to families in a range of ways, and through our own personal experience, would help in any way they could. This challenge is not only to remember David, but to say thank you again to the Charity that helps so many people.
