Thank you for visiting my Kitchen Table Day fundraising page. I'm putting on a Kitchen Table Day to make sure that people with cancer get the support they need. With your generous donations, we can make sure that Maggie's, Edinburgh is there for everyone with cancer and their loved ones. 
I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in January 2020. This is a rare breast cancer and can be genetic. The treatment options are fewer and chemo is the  only option. Going through treatment is scary. You fear the worst. Telling your children is difficult. You lose your confidence through losing your hair, putting on weight, lacking energy, feeling helpless. Then after treatment you are left feeling ‘what now?’. Maggie’s, Edinburgh have been fundamental in supporting my ongoing journey. The support is so needed at this difficult time. I am happy to say I am now cancer free and with the help of Maggie’s, I’m staying positive. I have met so many wonderful, inspirational people through Maggie's and I'd like to support them in fundraising.
