I will always hold a special place in my heart for the macmillan nurses in South West acute hospital Enniskillen when mum was in palliative care they were amazing, I vividly remember one day sitting by mums bed and having no words due to tears. The nurse simply sat with me and held my hand. No words were needed. They are amazing xxxx
