As one of my New Year Resolutions I decided that I really needed to get fit.  I decided to join this challenge in order to give myself some motivation to continue at a time when I'm likely to give up.  I am also raising funds for St Teresa's Hospice (my local hospice) in memory of my mother who was cared for in her local hospice in 2002.
