As many of you know we've been doing this event for over 10 years now and each year we ridiculously feel we have to up the ante. So in a moment of champagne fuelled madness we've decided to ride Coast to Coast in a Day......150 miles in a Day.....against the prevailing wind in a Day !!!!   Mad or what......but would you expect anything else ? I will also be supporting 40 other riders to make the journey back on our Classic Coast to Coast West to East route over 3 days.....thats no mean feat either. So did deep peeps......do your bit !!!!!

Marie Curie provide nurses to support patients and their families, enabling them to spend their last days of life at home and in hospice settings. We all know someone who has a terminal illness and its very important that in those last days of life that you can make choices. Choices to spend time with family and friends in a familiar and loving environment.
