Story
Hi its Ruth here..
On the first weekend in September 2011 myself, George and Dan ( two senior students from judo) are travelling up to Glasgow. Then from Fort William we will be having an early start to climb to the top of Ben Nevis. It stands at 1,344 metres or 4,408 feet. I love a challenge and thought this sounded great! Plesae donate what you can every bit helps.
Breast Cancer Care relies on donations from the public to provide its services free to people affected by breastcancer. Below are examples showing what your money could do:
- £5 pays for someone to learn about breast awareness at a community based workshop delivered by an expert team.
- £23 pays for a call to their helpline for up to date information on any aspect of diagnosis and treatment as well as confidential and sensitive support on the personal impact of the disease.
- £132 pays to connect someone going through breast cancer with a trained volunteer who has had a similar experience to them. Up to six sessions are offered, either face to face or by phone, providing the reassurance and encouragement of talking to someone who has been there.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate and raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Thanks for visiting my just giving page.
