Story

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this.

Mental health has impacted our lives personally and we feel strongly about raising as much money to help others who are facing the difficulties Mental Health brings to those suffering and to support  family/friends who are affected by the impact of this.

Following the last 18 months we have endured mental health is becoming even more apparent from the pressure everyone has been under.

So to help as much as we can Drew is cycling the 100 mile route, Ruth & Kylie are cycling the 50 mile route.

Please support us in any way you can .. £8 alone can save someone's life as this enables the CALM helpline to answer one potentially life saving call or Webchat.
