Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. We have decided to enter a triathlon on Sun 7th Aug - it seemed like such a good idea after a glass of wine (or two!) The race consists of a 750m swim, a 20km bike ride and a 5km run. We're hoping we can do it within 2 hours (but aren't expecting to be able to move for a few days afterwards!)

Our Grandad suffered from Alzheimers and so this is a great cause close to our hearts.
