41 is a nothing birthday isn't it.  Not for me. It's the age Dad was when he died. It's the age I'll be in October. It's been a lot to get my head round. 

Most people know my dad took his own life when I was 11. I've told the story of how a new charity helped me come to terms with it and live my life. 30 Years on and I'm the age dad was living my life. It's been a journey of good, bad and challenges. Soon I hope to be a dad like he was.

So this year I will be running a lot more trails and riding and for the first time in another country. 

I think after this I will be taking a break from fundraising to focus on what I hope is my new family, so please let me leave a lasting legacy to remember my dad and help an amazing charity.
