We all know someone who had cancer or is currently struggling with it - I'm sure I don't need to tell you how much of a worthy cause this is.

I've chosen to raise money in the name of fighting Bowel Cancer, following the tremendous news that my Dad 's recent surgery to remove his tumour was successful  - but I know a lot of people aren't so lucky.

Please be generous, and give anything you can. (When I say 'anything', money is what I specifically had in mind).
