Story

On 10th May, I will be joining 17 friends for a six hour spinning session at the Core Fitness Studio in Blackwater. I will follow that up on Sunday 11th May by taking part in the "Jurassic Beast" sportive in Dorset. On 12th May, I am probably sleeping. All this in aid of Diabetes UK
