This is going to be the worlds largest three legged race and proceeds will be split equally between the Royal College and Cancer Research UK so please dig deep!

Pictures and video will of course be available after the event just to show how athletic we can be early on a winter's morning  (November 6th) on a Glasgow Quayside wearing shorts!
