Story
Walk for Treloar's is set to take place across the Easter weekend, Friday 2nd April to Monday 5th April, and will see those taking part getting their walking shoes on and completing a distance of either 4 miles or 8 miles, however, this could also be a chosen distance in your local area. With your support, we can help every single one of our young people have the opportunity to explore and achieve much more than they or their parents would ever have imagined possible.
My daughter Amelia has been at Treloars since 2013 when she joined as an 11 year old pupil of Treloars School.
Over the following years I never fail to be impressed by such a great educational establishment. What they have done for Amelia and her fellow pupils is priceless. I owe them a lot for what they’ve done. The least I can do is walk at least 8 miles for this great place. Amelia is now a student at Treloars College.
I cannot think of a more worthy cause to raise money over Easter for. If the swimming pools had been open, I would’ve swum the 8 miles over Easter. Please donate whatever you can for this great school and college. I have pledged to raise £50 but I’d love to raise more than 10 times this amount. Instead of buying an Easter Egg, how about pledging money to Treloars instead. You’ll help raise funds for a school and college that makes big differences to pupils and students with cerebral palsy. Thanks for reading my request.
