I am the founder and CEO of an estate agency. We sell houses for a living.

The irony of that is not lost on me when it comes to thinking about the homeless across the UK, a silent and largely ignored plight.

So I'm sleeping rough for one night to help raise awareness and a bit of money for those that sleep rough EVERY night.

Given the current housing crisis whereby prices escalate and not enough homes are built, the crisis will only deepen if we do not tackle it NOW. Let's start with helping the existing homeless community and then get to grips with the future by thinking differently to get more houses built...
