I am participating in a 3 Day 447km Cycle Challenge from 2-5 May 2019 to raise funds and awareness for the Newborns Vietnam charity. 

The aim of Newborns Vietnam is to develop a model of newborn care that can be replicated across Vietnam. The organisation focuses on neonatal nurse training, post-qualification training for junior doctors, and the provision of lifesaving medical equipment.

The ride will take place in Northern Vietnam: 

Day 1:  Sapa to Mucang Chai — Distance 143km — Elevation 1300m 

Day 2: Mucang Chai to Thanh Thuy — Distance 184km — Elevation 1100m 

Day 3: Thanh Thuy to Hanoi — Distance 120km — Elevation 478m
