London Marathon 2021 · 3 October 2021 ·

The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

Like many families, our own has been touched by autism. During COVID, we faced the same types of challenges that many families of young children did - but our hearts went out especially to ASD children who were suddenly deprived of the social interactions that they need to thrive.

For those reasons, I wanted to combine a great cause with my passion for running by raising money for the National Autistic Society to support the great work that they are doing to support families during this difficult period.  The inspiration I draw from your support will be in my thoughts as I grind out the final stretch of marathon training.

I hope to raise at least $5,000 to support the charity and in turn find a well of energy to race under 2:45 in London come October 3rd!

With love,
Ruoxi
