Yes, it's this time of the year again - the Flora London Marathon is approaching fast, and so are presumably the requests for donations. But then, why not think of it that way:

You don't have to put yourself through gruelling 26.1 miles, you don't have to harass people for their money, and it will still make you and many other people feel good, or at least hopefully better: 24,500 people in Britain are diagnosed with leukaemia and other related cancer of the blood every year, and it's the biggest cause of cancer death in the under 35's.
