If you ever wanted proof that amnesty international is directly involved in torture, here it is: they'll make me run a gruesome 26 miles in the middle of the sizzling Scottish summer and they want me to do it in less than 3hrs 30.

And they don't just want me to run. They want thousands of political prisoners to run marathons too. Or maybe just go for a walk or sit in the garden. The thing is that they have to be out of the jail first. I do believe that there are other good reasons to campaign for the freedom of people who happen to think differently from the ruling party or even the majority and speak out for themselves or others.
