Every year since 2017 I have raised money for Macmillan after Macmillan looked after my late grandparents with such care before they passed away in 2013 & 2014. After 'Braving the Shave, Movember and running 10k everyday for 10 days; this is going to be by far my toughest challenge yet.

I am going to be doing a Duathlon everyday for 7 days (Monday 23rd August-Sunday 29th August) - running 5km, riding 10km before doing another 5km run. Let's hope the knees can take it!
