Story
The Running Wild for Kate Team:
Jodi Millership (Me!), Stuart Millership, Jenny Benbow-Taylor, Gaz Duckhouse, Liz Sakalas, Mike Norman, Liz Aly and Laura Nevin.
Last year, we lost my mom Kate Fenney to a Brain Tumour. I wanted to raise some money in her memory, so 1 year on, on April 18th, I will be taking part in a gruelling 10k mud run and obstacle course trail. Amazingly, 7 of my wonderful friends have also volunteered to join me. This is our joint fundraising page, so remember you are sponsoring all 8 of us with a donation! Thank you so much in advance for any contribution you can donate to us, it will spur us on in the cold and the mud to know we are raising money for 'The Kate Fenney Memorial Fund' which is a part of The Brain Tumour Charity who do such amazing work.
We are all training for this (quite necessary as we aren't all the fittest bunch - myself included!) to prepare to run wild for Kate! We have also all paid our own entry fees so any fundraising will all go to the charity.
This is the race we are taking part in:
