The challenge is to run 55 miles (about 88km) throughout October for the 55 million people living with dementia worldwide. 

I've not been running as much recently and averaging about 24 miles in a month so this is still quite an increase and I'm looking forward to the motivation!

I'm doing this for my Aunt and my best friend's Mum and for all those affected by this horrible disease. Please support me today and help towards finding a cure for dementia.
