The running dream team, Sarah from Attention Media, Gemma from Burrington Estates, Edward from Wilkinson Grant and Andrew from Expedite, are taking part in YMCA Exeter's Great West Run on Sunday 15th of October.

With the aim of raising £300 each, we hope to be able to support the vital work YMCA Exeter provide in the local community. £300 could enable six YMCA Exeter residents to receive tailored one to one support and help them with their next steps, from budgeting & money management to accessing jobs. £72 could facilitate four Health & Wellbeing activities per month. This could be anything from sports and fitness groups to cooking courses which help our young people build confidence, skills and character. £135 could kit out five rooms with new bedding, pans, and fresh paint so that each new resident is welcomed into their new home.
