Story

In August 2021 my Mum was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. In December 2021 I decided to register for the Robin Hood half marathon as a way of saying Thank-you to the Kettering General Hospital Breast Care Unit that have cared and supported her throughout her journey. The care she has received has been phenomenal.

Every penny spared towards this amazing care unit will help make a difference to the lives of many. I am so appreciative of the support we have received to date.

I started my training in January 2022 completing roughly 4 miles. My most recent run was 11.5 miles and I cannot wait to proudly complete the 13 miles and reach the finish line on the 25th September 2022…I hope there is a pint waiting for me at the end🍺.

Thank you very much for your donation. It is hugely appreciated.💜
