Story

I've decided to do this challenge and raise money for research into a horrible disease that recently took a good friend of mine. Fergus was one of the good guys, always available for a chat and always telling me how it was something I loved about him. Without going into a great deal of detail Fergus lost his life to Motor Neurone Disease, a debilitating disease which when it takes a hold there is very little chance of recovery.
Fergus always loved a challenge and for me this is a hell of a challenge but I know he would love it and will be cheering me on.
I'm planning to run 408 Kilometres in 30 Days beginning on 1st November and ending on 30th November 2015 this equates to 13.6k everyday... This is the length of the Leeds & Liverpool Canal Round Trip...I'm up for it and I hope you will all support me with this and help me raise some money into the research that is needed to defeat this disease.
