In November 2022, we lost our much loved friend Chris "Benno" Bentham to myeloma, an incurable blood cancer, at only 46. 

In April 2023 we will be taking part in the Blackpool festival of running in Benno's memory to raise money for Myeloma research to hopefully find a cure for this devastating disease. 

Nay will be running (staggering/crawling) a 10k and Tash a half marathon. All donations will be very much appreciated!
