Story
As many of you will know, my son Aiden suffered an HIE event at birth. Aiden received cooling therapy following his stabilisation after not breathing when born, the research into this treatment was funded by Action Medical Research and for that I want to do something to help give back and help to provide funds for further research into childhood illnesses.
Not only did Aiden receive treatment funded by AMR, he also took part in research for them when he was in the NICU. As he's already given back it's now my turn, as I turn 50 this year I've set my self a big challenge of taking on 5 half marathons for several charities starting with Action.
Please help me to give back to this amazing charity who really are unsung heroes, their research is diverse and I'm sure a lot us will have benefited from their research without even knowing.
I'll be posting lots of updates so watch this space.
