I said I wouldn't do this ever again, after it hurt so much last time, but people at work asked if I would run for SpecialEffect this year! I couldn't say no, so I'm doing it again. Hopefully my knee will hold up! 

Please consider giving a few pounds to a really great cause! Knowing the amount I was raising for charity definitely kept me going last time.

SpecialEffect put fun and inclusion back into the lives of people with physical disabilities by helping them to play video games.  SpecialEffect have been continuing to offer assessments, equipment loans and advice during the Covid lockdowns and appreciate your support more than ever! 

Ian was a huge part of Sumo Group and did so much or SpecialEffect, so we're proud to run in memory of him. We may even sneak a Chardonnay in when we (hopefully) finish!
