Story
Dear Friends,
2012 was an unimaginable year for our friends Nick and Ashleigh when they lost their beautiful son, Noah, on 25 January 2012, shortly after his second birthday and three weeks before the birth of Daisy. Following his death they received confirmation that Noah had a rare condition called mitochondrial disease which caused his heart to fail. Ashleigh and Nick are still awaiting news, as to whether Daisy will be affected.
To date, Nick and Ashleigh, along with their family and friends have raised an overwhelming £17,000 for Climb
After completing my 2013 challenges I have been honoured to be offered a Golden Bond place in the London Marathon, to run for Climb and in memory of Noah. I know I have a tough challenge ahead, but I know that I have one special boy that will be watching over me every step of the way.
With this challenge I hope to continue to raise awareness and funding for an amazing charity, a wonderful family in memory of a special little boy. xx
