Middlesbrough 10k done. Thanks for all the support. Had a day off today, back to training tomorrow for Moss Valley Madness 10k Trail on 30th Sept!

I am running the Middlesbrough 10k on Sunday 2nd September 2012 AND the Moss Valley Madness 10k Trail on 30th September 2012 for Leukemia and Lymphoma Research. Leukemia & Lymphoma Research is the only UK charity soley dedicated to research into blood cancers. Their life saving research helps detect causes, improving diagnosis, treatments and running clinical trials for all blood cancer patients.
