Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We, and by that I mean a team of 20 of us at dwell are taking part in a 10k run on 4th October in Hyde Park London. Our aim is to a) survive & b) raise some funds for the British Heart Foundation. Some of us have never ran (other than for a bus) and some of us are slightly more experienced and some of us have expectations waaaaaaaayyyyy beyond what they are capable of or will achieve BUT as it is in memory of a much missed friend and colleague Faizan Ahmad we are all willing to give it a go.

Any donation you can make will be greatly appreciated. I know it sounds clichéd but it really doesn't matter how small (or big, well ok big does help a bit more!) that you make as it all helps in the end especially if your a UK taxpayer as they (The BHF) can claim some more money back from Mr Cameron and Mr Osborne.
