On 27th December my Mum passed away, aged 80, after living with Dementia for almost 8 years. Mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and Vascular Dementia in 2013.

This month I am joining the Strava fundraising challenge to 'Run for Dementia'. In memory of my Mum, I am aiming to run 80 miles in January and raise £500 to help the incredible work undertaken by Alzheimer's Society.

2020 has been tough for everyone, including charities, so any support you can give, by making a donation, will ensure Alzheimer's Society can continue their research and providing vital services for the people who need them most.
