Those who know me are fully aware that I was not built for speed or sports - I was built for sitting in my bedroom readin’ a book! BUT some friends and I have decided to challenge ourselves to raise money for some mighty good causes...

I will be raising money for Mind. As someone who has experience with depression and anxiety, and someone who has seen those close to me, family and friends, struggle at times with their mental health I want to do what I can to help.
