Anyone who knows me will understand how much of a challenge this will be for me. With a year to train I'm currently around 6 stone overweight so I'm sure this will be lots of fun...

For those who don't know, the reason I picked Mind is due to my Uncle taking his life in early 2017. Due to the stigma surrounding mental health he was convinced his illness wasn't in his mind and must have been a physical problem. Mind are working to remove that stigma and get people talking and get people the help they need.
