In April 2021, I will be running the course of The Wales Coastal Path - Chester to Chepstow 870 miles followed by The Offa's Dyke Path - Chepstow to Prestatyn 177 miles, making a route around Wales totalling around 1,050 miles along with between 95,000-100,000 feet of elevation. In May 2020 we sadly lost my younger Brother Paul to a heart attack, He was 34 and anyone that knew him knew he had a heart of gold, helping people feel great about themselves and doing the best that he could. The run will be done in loving memory of my brother Paul Mitchley. Paul was just finding his love for running and was attending Parkruns with myself and I often joked with him about running an ultra and in particular The Chester 50 race. In the last Birthday Card that I would receive from Paul he had written inside it 'To Craig, Run to your hearts content! Love Paul' This will now live with me for the rest of my life. Paul himself was not really connected to any charities that we know of so I will be running for 5 charities in his honour. It will be a pride for me to try and raise money for these charities under Pauls name The 5 charities are: The British Heart Foundation, Alder Hey Childrens Charity, RAF Association, Marie Curie Cancer Care and Cuddles (Special Care Baby Unit at Glan Clwyd Hospital) I was hoping to have 1 donation page where at the final I could seperate all the donations equally to the 5 charities, unfortunately this could not be done and there are 5 different donation pages. Please can I ask that if you are donating to try and keep all the charities around a level amount. This would be very much appreciated The dates of the run are due to take place with the start Thursday midnight of the 8th/ 00:01 of Friday the 9th of April and finishing on the 25th April.
