Fundraising for Tree of Hope
Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
My intention is to complete a sponsored charity walk to raise money to support a former school friend whose daughter was born with severe disabilities. Amelie who is nearly 7 is unable to walk, talk or feed herself though she has no recognized syndrome/diagnosis.
Her family are trying to raise £28,000 to buy an Innowalk machine that would help prevent muscle wastage and perhaps enable her to walk one day. Unfortunately these machines are not available on the NHS.
She has had one on loan for 5 weeks and has walked over 100km in that time. My intention is to complete 100km walk over 24 hrs.
