In 2022 I ran the London marathon for BHWT and in 2023 I ran the Great North run for BHWT. Helping to rescue chickens and running! Simple.

The amazing work BHWT do to save ex-commercial hens from slaughter and rehome them is something I see regularly as a BHWT volunteer and something I benefit from every day as a proud ex-BHWT rescue flock owner.

My goal… to raise funds and awareness about everything they do and that’s why having raised £750 running the Great North Run, in 2024 we are going international and building to running the Chicago marathon on 13th October 2024! 

Help me double the GNR fundraising and hit a £1500 target for British Hen Welfare Trust.
