Story

Hey Everybody,

Myself, Graham and Christopher will be taking on David Goggins notorious challenge of running “4 miles, every 4 hours, for 48 hours” all in aid of raising money for Age UK. We all have or know someone elderly in our lives who we care for deeply. However, for those few soles who don't have someone to turn too, Age UK is there. Nobody should ever feel alone and with the turmoil of Covid-19, it has led to many people feeling helpless and confused. Age UK works tirelessly to ensure vulnerable elderly people always have someone to turn too. So whilst the boys and I are putting our legs through hell and back, if you could donate, no matter how small, it would be really appreciated.

We will be heading to the Yorkshire Dales and kicking off the mammoth task on Thursday 30th July at 8am. From then on we will have to roll out every 4 hours to complete another 4 mile run, until a total of 48 miles has been completed. This is just shy of completing two marathons in two days! We have our sights set high on how much we could raise. So, for every £250 milestone reached, something fun will be streamed for everyones outstanding contributions. Be ready to see some amazing costumes!

As much as possible will be streamed live on our various social media platforms, so you can all go on this both painful and exciting journey with us.

Thank you!
