A discussion in the office talking about running, turned into a let's set ourselves a challenge and raise some money for charity at the same time! So on Sunday 27th April, Team "Run to Yow" will be taking part in the "Shakespeare" Stratford upon Avon Half Marathon.

Caroline's dad was rushed in for a life-saving triple heart bypass in February this year and Jen's dad had suffered a heart attack in January 2000, so an obvious charity to support was The British Heart Foundation.

Caroline.. the novice, is swapping her high "party" heels for running shoes and hoping not to get distracted by the local river-side pubs en route..

Mike.. will be hopefully at her side as he returns from a long break and really praying the hamstring will last the distance..yeah yeah.. 

Jen.. did several over 10 years ago and has come storming out of retirement to join the team and is snapping at Nigel's heels for fastest team member.....be afraid ......

Nigel.. has just completed one, but the treadmill training appears to be working as he is "Speedy Gonzales" and will outrun us all..well if he decides to finally step outside!!
