I'm running the Rhondda for my Sister Den who suddenly passed away in February. This is why I named it run the RhonDen in her memory.  I'm running through all 15 communities of the Rhondda Fawr and Fach which is approximately 27 miles on the 19th June this year. 

Den was the most charitable person I've ever met and homelessness bothered her more than anything. Den has been known to buy multiple big issues in one day and even once donated her coat to a homeless person after a night out. She was quite simply the kindest person I've ever known and loved x

I'd really like to raise some money for a charity so close to her heart. Huggard are an amazing charity who support the homeless in our capital and any donations would be greatly appreciated and well received. Thank you x
