Story

On October 27th 2021, unfortunately one of the kindest, caring and most genuine people someone could ever meet was tragically taken from us very unexpectedly whilst out in Dubai.

Matt 'Sudgie' Sutherland for those that were fortunate to know him was an extremely special man and a man who simply lit up every room he walked in to.

Matt would have done anything for anyone and as such I am running the London Marathon this coming October not only in memory of one of my best mates but to also try to give a little something back and hopefully help raise some money for CRY, a charity that has done a tremendous amount for Matt's family since his passing.

Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of undiagnosed cardiac conditions. With your donation, CRY can reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death (YSCD) by working with cardiologists and family doctors to establish good practice and appropriate screening facilities to promote and protect the cardiac health of our young. By supporting CRY you will help save young lives from these potentially fatal cardiac conditions. See how your support can help by visiting www.c-r-y.org.uk .

Many thanks in advance for any donations that you may wish to give, however big or small. It is much appreciated.
