I'm supporting this appeal to raise money for the Rob Burrow Centre for Motor Neurone Disease Appeal so they can build a specialist MND Care Centre in Leeds, to give people living with the disease the best quality of life. 

I’m also running in memory of Mat’s wonderful mum Sue Gornall, who had a horrendous and heartbreaking battle with MND at just 55 years old. She was an incredible human… caring, selfless, thoughtful, kind and strong af. We won’t talk about her love of Sheffield Wednesday here ;) 

The marathon is Sunday 14th May and it’s one hilly beast!! My training has started *cries silently* and I’m gunna need all the motivation I can get!! So if you can spare a couple of quid to the MND Appeal to spur me on I’d really appreciate it. 

Also any running song suggestions welcome - I’ve had the same playlist for about 15 years!
