I thought it was about time I did something for other people. As many of you are aware I lost my dad very suddenly to Cancer 9 years ago, so this is in his memory, someone who I miss very much everyday.

You may also be aware that another love of my life is my allotment, and during the pandemic Lee and I took over another very run down plot next to ours. This patch however is totally dedicated to growing flowers and I have named it “Peters Petals” in memory of my dad. The idea is that once I really get good at growing cut flowers I can share them with more people, bringing a little bit of beauty to their windowsill.

Please come along on Friday 5th August where there will be jam jar posies, liver cake and beautiful doggie bows all available for donations only. Or better still book your best friend in for a bath.
