This April, I will be running the London Marathon raising money for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

I won't go into too much detail here but please visit Lucy Verity's fundraising page to read her story and find out what an exceptional character she is. Raising money for both Teenage Cancer Trust and Bone Cancer Research Trust, she has inspired a mammoth £33,000 over the last year and a half, helped along by the efforts of family and friends.

The Teenage Cancer Trust have been invaluable to Lucy but can't reach all the patients it would like to due to a lack of funding. For this reason, I would like to double down and ask for any donations you can spare. As much as you may think running is something that I love, this will be my first marathon. The challenge is exciting but also incredibly daunting, however, I couldn't think of a more deserving cause to push me through the training and carry me on the day.
