I am running in the Baker Hughes 10k on the 22nd of May to raise money for MND Scotland. In memory of my dad Kevin McMahon, who died in 2006 after suffering from MND (Motor Neurons Disease). So please give what you can. 

I have not taken part in any organized run before so they may need a calender to time me, but I will get there!
