Story
Join #TeamRST to take on the virtual RST Selfie Mile in 2021 (5-6 June) to raise vital funds for the Rooprai Spinal Trust (RST). Being a virtual event you can participate anywhere and in any form you like (run, walk, wheel, push, cycle, swim, etc), making it wheelchair accessible and inclusive. The theme again, and probably always will be, ‘Selfie’ because we want everyone taking part to show social media what they’re doing and create more awareness for RST and spinal cord injury.
After the success of the inaugural RST Selfie Mile in 2020, the event is back this year and we hope to surpass the £3,320.25 raised for RST. Like RST, the event is run entirely by volunteers so all the money raised (minus any Justgiving processing fees – which donors can cover) will go to the charity.
With your support we can help those paralysed by a spinal cord injury to access physiotherapy.
Suggested donation to take part is just £5. Every participant will receive a personalised bib with your name/nickname and a completers badge (make sure to allow the sharing of your contact details with us so we can sent it to you).
