Story
RSM’s colleagues are raising vital funds to support children and their families who have been left terrified, in shock and desperate for safety as a result of the escalating humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. We aim to raise £110,000 for UNICEF, which will enable the charity to set up a Blue Dot centre for displaced people on one of 20 key evacuation routes across six countries. Each centre will provide health and support services for up to 5000 children and their mothers and will ensure a safe space for separated and orphaned children. The RSM UK Foundation will match, pound for pound, the first £55,000 raised. To support, please donate by Monday 30 May.
Conflict is escalating in Ukraine, putting millions of children and their families in immediate danger. More than half a million children in Ukraine are already affected as the conflict in the east of the country enters its eighth year. Homes, schools, water supplies and hospitals are damaged. Landmines pose a major threat to children's lives. UNICEF is especially concerned for the safety and wellbeing of children who have become separated from their families. UNICEF has been working around the clock to keep children safe since this conflict began eight years ago. We are helping to make sure that child health and protection services are sustained and families have clean water and nutritious food. Please donate to help protect children in Ukraine.
