Hey people,

As most of you know i lost my dad in 2009 to the dreaded 'C' word, throughout his illness i honestly cant explain the work that the highland hospice did to help  make it as comfortably possible for him, & they also helped us as a family deal with what was going on. Without them we would of been lost & words can never descibe how grateful we were for there help.

So i always wanted to show my appreciation by raising money for there cause, but always wanted to do something different.

Well in november this year i will be participating in the zambia challenge. For 2 weeks i will be in zambia with other people also raising money, while we're there we will be helping with whatever projects they have going on, building classrooms or creating gardens for children or whatever we can do to help. We also get to canoe down the zambezi for 4 days, sounds fun but i wont lie to you im pretty nervous about crocs, hippos etc, lol but hey adds to the excitement.

So anything you can donate for this great cause would mean a lot to me, doesn't matter if its a penny or a pound, as tescos say, every little helps.
