First of all 'Thank you' for taking time in visiting my fundraising page!

I am taking part in the '13 Mile Midnight Walk' on Friday 13th June, 2008 in support of 'The Martlets Hospice'

Life is very precious to us and we all like to live life to the fullest and we always preach this to our family and friends. Many of us don't like to think about illness and dying, but ignoring it will not make it go away.

The Martets Hospice plays a vital role in the journey from life to death and hospice care is about helping people to live life as fully as possible right up until the end. From that it's not difficult to see how necessary the hospice is, nor to realize how much us or our families would value this kind of support should we require it in the future. 
There are the fortunate people who manage to fight these illnesses but sadly there is a high percentage who are told they have a short time to live!!

I am supporting this charity in the memory of my best friends Grandfather, who died last year and also to help give someone the gift of life until the end and provide support for their families.

I would be very grateful if you can sponsor me to help raise for 'The Martlets Hospice'
