Thank you for taking the time to visit 'Row for the NHS' JustGiving page and support our heroes in the fight against Covid-19.

Every Monday 1230, Wednesday 0730 & Friday 1230 we will kick off on zoom with a warm-up and interval training session to keep you fit and healthy. Each workout lasts 30-45 minutes including the warm-up and cool-down.
